Kilmainham Balcony
Apartment owner had recently acquired new Apartment and wanted to extend the living space by creating a bespoke Balcony Veranda
Design
In response to this and defined by small parameters of Urban space available, a low key yet elegant design was planned around a nautical theme.
Balcony was modelled on a 1920's ocean linear with curved Mast creating a pinnacle atmosphere.
A timber cladding gave space definition structure whilst also screening surrounding urban environment
Grass
Finesse Deluxe was selected by Clients for a lush and delicate feel underfooot.
LIGHTING
LED Lights was fitted with special updown lighting units and automatic timer to illuminate balcony in the evenings
